Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Licensing Administration

• Manage and track licensing agreements, renewals, expirations, and amendments
• Maintain accurate records in licensing databases and systems
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and payment processing

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on licensing status, performance metrics, and compliance
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for leadership

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline licensing workflows and improve data accuracy
• Support onboarding of new licensees and internal stakeholders to licensing processes
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving licensed product launches

Skills & Qualifications

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documentation and compliance tracking
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with licensing databases, Excel, and contract management tools

Education & Experience

• Typically high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in licensing, contract coordination, or brand management
• Experience in retail industry or consumer goods preferred
