Primoris Energy Services in Haskell, TX seeks a Coordinator I QHSE to support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across sites. You will assist in implementing the QHSE management system, conduct site inspections, support incident investigations, and help deliver training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy services or construction industry.
• Basic understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Communicate QHSE information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the QHSE department.
