Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a PTO Administrator to manage and support PTO programs for union and non-union associates. You will act as the SME for PTO administration, ensuring accurate benefit delivery and timely responses to inquiries. The role requires HRIS and Workforce Dimensions proficiency and coordination with cross-functional teams.
The position offers a flexible/hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at Scarborough, ME and 2 remote days, and requires U.S. work authorization.

Administer and support Paid Time Off (PTO) programs for union and non-union associates across ADUSA legal entities. Serve as the subject matter expert for PTO administration, ensuring accurate benefit delivery, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution of associate inquiries and escalations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve PTO system configuration issues by leveraging HRIS and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) expertise and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Support audit and compliance activities while driving process improvements and delivering an exceptional associate experience.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. This position can be based in one of our offices located in Scarborough, ME, and Carlisle, PA.
