Harvard University’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies (CMES) seeks an organized administrative professional to provide front-desk reception and general office support. The role serves as the main public representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries to CMES operations.
Responsibilities include answering the main phone line, managing inquiries via email, coordinating events, and supporting faculty, staff, and associates with administrative tasks at the Center.

Provides a wide range of administrative support to the Center for Middle Eastern Studies including receptionist duties, office administration, event logistics, and academic program assistance. Serves as main public representative of the Center to visitors and the general public and provides general office support for Center faculty, staff, and associates.
