Mile High United Way is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources to handle day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and communities served.
The position is non-exempt, full-time, based primarily in Denver with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Experience in HRIS and payroll processes is valued, along with strong communication and confidentiality.

Salary: $25.38 - 27.78 per hour

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly pay rate for this position is $25.38 - $27.78 ($52,790.40 - $57,782.40 annualized). In an effort to increase equity and to avoid unfair bias historically associated with salary negotiations, we do not participate in salary negotiations outside of this stated starting salary range.
The Coordinator, Human Resources serves the organization and its employees by performing administrative tasks and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. The Coordinator will oversee a wide range of support including compiling and updating accurate employee records, coordinating meetings, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and clerical administration. The Coordinator must demonstrate and support a culture of belonging, with an ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships.
Typical office environment.
Ability to operate a computer for extended periods. May be required to lift 20lbs.
