Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), Bally’s portfolio will include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. The Role:

This position facilitates the smooth operation of the Housekeeping and EVS departments through administrative and dispatch duties. It requires leadership skills to help Bally’s grow.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain communication between Front Desk and Housekeeping regarding room status.
  2. Receive maintenance requests and log services.
  3. Direct EVS staff to problem areas, informing Supervisors/Managers.
  4. Keep a daily log of open issues for follow-up.
  5. Perform “Open House” duties: assign rooms, floors, and duties; prepare sign-in/out sheets; issue reports; provide room status updates.
  6. Handle calls from guests and operators, ensuring requests are completed.
  7. Coordinate reports on time, attendance, expenditures, and performance data.
  8. Assist with HR functions like new hire and termination paperwork.
  9. Prepare schedules and communicate changes to maintain staffing levels.
  10. Update logs on guest requests, lost and found, callouts.
  11. Maintain accurate payroll records.
  12. Create purchase requisitions and track expenses.
  13. Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office.
  14. Manage incoming mail and documents.
  15. Maintain organized work and storage areas.
  16. Complete special assignments as needed.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
