The Role

Facilitates the smooth operation of the Housekeeping and EVS departments through administrative and dispatch duties. Leads a team to achieve goals, supporting Bally's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication between Front Desk and Housekeeping regarding room status
  • Receive maintenance requests and log services
  • Direct EVS staff to problem areas and keep supervisors informed
  • Maintain logs for issues, guest requests, and operations
  • Perform 'Open House' duties: assign rooms, prepare reports, and coordinate with staff
  • Handle calls from guests and staff, ensuring requests are fulfilled
  • Assist with administrative functions: scheduling, HR paperwork, reports, and expense tracking
  • Prepare correspondence and maintain organized work areas
  • Complete other duties as assigned
