Success Academy Charter Schools in New York's Financial District is seeking an Experiential Events Coordinator to join the Creative Agency. You will handle event logistics and provide administrative support, helping ensure smooth delivery across a diverse portfolio of company events.

You'll work under senior team members, coordinate with vendors, manage on-site setup and teardown, and track event budgets. This hybrid role requires some NYC familiarity and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to ask for guidance when needed.
• Reliable follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with the NYC venue landscape is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Event Logistics & Execution - Support the planning and execution of logistics for a variety of events, assisting senior team members on more complex or high-volume efforts.
• Planning & Resource Management - Utilize existing planning resources, including a comprehensive database of NYC venues, to support planning and help keep event logistics organized.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Support communication with external vendors (e.g., caterers, printers) and assist internal cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth event delivery.
• On-Site Support - Assist with on-site setup and tear-down activities, and help troubleshoot day-of issues under the direction of senior team members.
• Financial Administration & Tracking - Assist with tracking event-related expenses and support invoice processing, helping ensure accurate records against event budgets.

About the Role

The Experiential Events Coordinator will join the Success Academy's Creative Agency to provide event logistics and administrative support, playing a supporting role on the experiential team. This role helps ensure the smooth execution of a diverse portfolio of company events, working closely with and under the guidance of senior team members.

• Organization & Time Management: Manages multiple competing tasks and deadlines efficiently to keep event logistics on track.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

Compensation Range

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
