Job summary

Allegheny Health Network coordinates communications for LifeFlight, EMS providers and referral agencies to appropriate areas within AHN. This role handles flight requests, patient data entry in EPIC, and documentation for EMS charts, while supporting One-Call and dispatching specialty teams across WPAHS facilities.

The position requires GED/HS diploma and 2 years related experience, with EMT and dispatching experience preferred.

• Coordinates and dispatches specialty teams within WPAHS facilities.
• Monitors all incoming traffic to heliport and safety watch.
• Receives EMS medical command notification and requests by telephone and radio.
• Provides offload support to flight team.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
