Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Coordinator for Ecommerce Parts Services and Solutions to maintain and grow 3PL customer relationships. You will help pick, pack and ship orders while coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years of related experience, and ability to lift up to 45 pounds. A strong focus on customer service and communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year’s industry work experience; two years’ preferred.
• Basic WMS skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) 3PL customers and assist with picking, packing and shipping orders.
• Complete administrative activities for customer account setup and maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries including pricing, delivery requests and issue resolution.
• Build relationships with customers and promote PSS services.
• Communicate with PSS management to raise customer concerns and issues.
• Complete warehouse activities to support timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Ensure correct labeling and proper packaging to prevent damage.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping; prepare shipping documentation.

• Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.

• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and shipping requirements
• Ensure correct labeling and proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit
• Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards before shipping
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs forms as required
