About The Role
Are you organized, detail-oriented, passionate about digital marketing, and enjoy creative collaboration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong proofreading skills? If so, we want to hear from you! As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll coordinate creative briefs, manage our digital marketing calendar, oversee asset trafficking, and facilitate collaboration across teams. This is a remote role reporting to Lovesac's Corporate HUB in Stamford, CT. Candidates must reside in the U.S. and be able to travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage trafficking of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and QA of assets.
  2. Collaborate with Creative Team on marketing visions and creative briefs.
  3. Work with media agencies and vendors to collect assets, confirm specs, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Maintain documentation, trafficking sheets, timelines, and status reports.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for digital asset delivery and campaign updates.
  6. Manage digital marketing calendar and ad specifications documentation.
  7. Monitor competitor digital activity and ad placements.
  8. Support cross-functional teams with scheduling and project updates.
  9. Organize and archive creative assets and campaign materials.
  10. Manage Lovesac.com UGC platform, including rights and reporting.
  11. Assist with reporting needs and attend weekly meetings.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Adherence to company policies and respectful workplace behavior.
