Reporting to the Associate Dean, this role provides hands-on experience across fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, prospect management, and program coordination within an academic health setting.
The Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator is an integral member of the College of Dental Medicine's Development and Alumni Relations team and plays a key role in advancing the College's philanthropic priorities through donor engagement, alumni relations, fundraising support, and advancement operations. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Development and Alumni Relations, this position provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to gain broad, hands-on experience across multiple facets of advancement within an academic health setting.
Working closely with the Associate Dean and Director of Alumni Relations, the Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator supports a broad range of fundraising and engagement initiatives, including annual giving, donor stewardship, prospect management, alumni programming, and special development projects. The individual serves as a key partner in cultivating and strengthening relationships with donors, alumni, volunteers, and other stakeholders while ensuring the effective coordination of activities that advance the College's fundraising and engagement goals.
The coordinator serves as a steward of donor and alumni information by maintaining accurate constituent records, managing database updates, tracking fundraising and engagement activities, and preparing reports and analyses to support advancement strategies and informed decision-making.
