The Coordinator, CTE Workforce Development leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of divisionwide Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs aligned with Career and Technical Education (CTE) goals, Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) requirements, and the Division's strategic plan. This position develops and maintains systems, processes, and data infrastructure to support program implementation, monitor participation and outcomes, and ensure quality and compliance. The Coordinator builds capacity through professional learning, develops partnerships with business and community stakeholders, and collaborates with internal and external partners to expand student access to workforce-aligned learning opportunities.
Grade 15 Salary Range: $106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
