Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Coordinator – Butler is to provide exceptional service to guests designated for Butler service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answers all phone calls andSMS messagespromptly and according to The Venetian Resort's service standards, using the defined script to greet guests anddeterminetheir needs.
- Accurately takes and enters guest orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and coordinates withButlers to ensuretimelyservice.
- Manages all liquor-related tasksfor the Department, includingprocessing charges through the POS system for in-suite bar refreshes and departmental restocks,maintainingan accurateliquor tracking log for all inventory removed from storage,and receiving and verifying daily liquor shipments from the warehouse.
- Books andconfirmsguest transportation requests using various in-house programs.
- Maintains and updates departmental information to ensureaccurateexecution of guest services.
- Responds to guest inquiriesregardingThe Venetian Resort and Las Vegas. When unable to answer,researchesthe information andprovidesa timelyresponse.
- Records all pertinent information and preferences in guest profiles to ensure personalized service.
- Ensuresall guest-related comps for amenities aresubmittedcorrectly.
- Assistsin recording laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and shoe polishing services.
- Collaborateseffectively with other departments to ensure all guest needs are fulfilled.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sources items for guests as assigned, including but not limited to event tickets, shopping, food products, and packages, ensuring all requests are handledas long asthey are safe, legal, and economically sound.
- Adheres toall departmental service standards and safety guidelines.
- Cleans andmaintainsall work areas toresortstandards to ensure a safe and professional environment.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of service experience in a luxury hotel, casino, restaurant, or related hospitality field.
- Previousexperience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general computerproficiency.
- Must be able to obtain andmaintaina valid Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card and any other certification or license as required by law or policy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members ofdifferent backgroundsand levels of experience.
- Mustbe able to workvaried shifts, includingnights,weekends,and holidays.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
