Job summary

Edag in the United States is seeking an engineering documentation specialist to manage BOMs, release documents, and data exchanges with suppliers using Swan or TRUfusion.

You will archive 3D and 2D data in the Smaragd system, verify drawings in NX against BOM data, and create BOMs and release packages.

This role focuses on ensuring process-compliant, on-time documentation and supporting general release-management activities as needed.

• Sending data to suppliers via Swan or TRUfusion
• Archiving 3D and 2D data in the Smaragd system
• Checking bills of materials (BOMs) in the Dialog system
• Reviewing table drawings in NX and verifying drawings against BOM data
• Creating BOMs and release documentation
• Ensuring process-compliant and on-time documentation
• Supporting general release management and documentation activities as required
