HonorHealth is seeking a Coordinator - Ancillary Staffing to provide centralized staffing coordination for ancillary float-pool resources across Medical Group, Perioperative Services, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, and other areas. JOB SUMMARY The Coordinator - Ancillary Staffing provides centralized staffing coordination for ancillary float-pool resources supporting Medical Group, Perioperative Services, Laboratory Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Ambulatory Services, Environmental Services, and other approved operational areas. Serving as the central coordination point between float-pool staff and supported departments, the position independently evaluates staffing needs using designated staffing and scheduling systems, aligns available and qualified resources with service needs, communicates assignments and coverage information, and maintains accurate staffing records. The role supports efficient use of system staffing resources and timely coverage within established staffing processes and escalation protocols.
