Five Below is seeking an AP Merchandising Coordinator to manage day-to-day vendor payables, ensure timely payments, and resolve invoice issues from suppliers and internal teams. Hybrid work in Philadelphia, PA offers exposure to a fast-paced retail AP environment.

You will handle invoice matching, vendor inquiries, and reconciliation while leveraging Excel and ERP tools to maintain clean ledgers and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and high invoice volume handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve payment issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle RMS, ReIM, or Fusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing individual vendor accounts and invoice processing.
• Recognizing and resolving invoice matching issues that prevent payment.
• Manual entry and matching of invoices that are not interfaced via EDI.
