ASU seeks a highly organized Administrative Support Assistant 2 to provide routine administrative support to a department within the School of Social Transformation. With minimal supervision, you will handle front office operations, events, business operations, and customer service, serving as a key contact for administrative functions.

The School of Social Transformation seeks a highly organized, detail oriented and flexible professional to perform advanced administrative, skilled, and technical work to support the administrative functions of the school. With minimal supervision, this position performs a variety of complex duties related to the Schools front office operations, events, business operations, and customer service. This position serves as a key contact for administrative functions and customer service, providing support to the mission of the school and the school's faculty, staff, and students.
$48,600 - $54,000 per year; DOE
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts. Requires some attendance at evening and weekend events.
