Job description

As part of the Pharmaceutical Development Operations group, the person in this position will provide coordination and administrative support to the Pharmaceutical Development Department to achieve its business objectives. Responsibilities include coordination of service agreements, contracts, and purchase orders between internal clients, external service providers, and other stakeholders such as the Legal and Quality Assurance departments. Other responsibilities include management of electronic records, safety initiatives, general administrative support to Specialist and general operating processes.

Qualifications
  • EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience in business operations or related systems supporting R&D activities. Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required with 10 years related experience.
  • COMPUTER/SOFTWARE SKILLS: Knowledge and use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint is highly preferred even if the experience is limited. Knowledge and use of MS Project and Visio desired.
