Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a coordinator to work with families enrolled in the Family Cedar Center. You will complete needs assessments, develop action plans, and coordinate care with a team to support child and family health.
The role requires documenting encounters, coordinating care, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in service delivery. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with bilingual skills and CHW certification within the first year.

Documentation and training as required by the certification and organizational standards.
