Wages: The starting range is $25.96 – $29.22 per hour as a non-exempt employee.The salary range is $25.96 - $33.87 per hour. Wage is based on knowledge, skills,and experience.

The Coordinated Entry & FCS Lead is a dual-role position within Okanogan CountyCommunity Action Council (OCCAC). This position carries responsibility for twocomplementary, mission-critical program areas:
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, growth-oriented human services professionalwho is energized by both direct client engagement and systems-level partnership. They will actively work to expand the reach and impact of the FCS program whilestrengthening the county's coordinated homeless response through meaningful
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and time-tracking and purchasingsoftware.
