WJ Landscape Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Horticultural Assistant/Enhancement Coordinator to support our Horticulturalist. You will coordinate scheduling, prepare enhancement estimates, and keep project documentation organized while communicating clearly with clients and crews.

This role emphasizes administrative coordination, field preparation, and on-site readiness, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel and subcontractors for tree, shrub and treatment services at client properties.
• Notify clients about service windows and any restrictions.
• Support the Horticulturalist with client visits and property evaluations.
• Prepare enhancement estimates from field notes and recommendations.
• Organize job walk summaries and meeting notes.
• Assist with administrative tasks for enhancement plans and property improvements.
• Prioritize and track enhancement opportunities from proposal to completion.
• Coordinate awarded projects with field crews.
• Create tool and supply lists for enhancement crews on site.
• Order plant material, irrigation supplies, and project materials.
• Ensure all materials and instructions are ready before installation dates.
• Communicate project details to production staff and monitor progress.
• Assist with client communications when requested by the Horticulturalist.
• Become proficient in Aspire and maintain digital records.
