Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Training & Onboarding Coordinator to support onboarding, training, and compliance initiatives. The role focuses on developing staff, ensuring regulatory training, and improving processes. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The position involves coordinating onboarding, delivering programs for staff and trainees, and liaising with HR and training teams to ensure accurate records and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping, food service, or a high-touch service industry.
• Experience in process and program management.
• Preferred: Experience in conducting training sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, leadership, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Deliver and manage new hire training programs for staff and management trainees in both individual and small group settings.
• Customize and maintain training documentation and forms as needed.
• Prepare and distribute monthly training activity reports and statistics.
• Translate training and onboarding materials into Spanish when required.
• Serve as liaison with System HR and system training teams.
• Develop and distribute memory aids for staff (e.g., laminated cards for MSDS, Mission, RACE protocols).
• Oversee and facilitate computer-based CLS programs and client-required training.
• Compile and maintain accurate new hire files and employee records to ensure regulatory compliance.
