Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Supply Chain Project/Operations professional who will plan, coordinate, and execute daily activities for assigned products and procedural cost centers. The position supports project implementation within the Supply Chain Department, offering a clear path for process improvement, budget awareness, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum required education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum experience: 3 years in project management and/or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops project scope, deliverables and plan; executes in alignment within Supply Chain Department and Procedural Service Line priorities to reach project and logistical objectives.
  • Manages project implementation and execution, including forecasting demand cycle, bill-only requisitions, lead time, reorder points, consignments, and follows best practices for storage, distribution, and rotation.
  • Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success, including inventory management, outside resources, management of budget cycles, contract compliance, conversions or substitutions, and special or non-contract spend.
  • Serves as an educator and mentor; drives process improvement, goal-setting, and compliance; ensures business owner develops best logistical practices and procedures.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
