Job summary

Stoughton Trailers in Wisconsin is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to manage preventive maintenance and repairs for our trailer fleet. You will create PMs in CMMS, coordinate repairs, obtain quotes, and track costs while working with internal and contracted resources to maximize uptime.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and familiarity with fleet management, MS Office, and CMMS. This is an on-site position offering opportunities to optimize equipment performance and cost

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create PMs in CMMS system and coordinate Preventative Maintenance.
• Coordinate and track Preventative Maintenance for equipment.
• Coordinate and manage repairs using internal and contracted resources.
• Obtain quotes for repairs and order parts as needed.
• Schedule repairs and review invoices for asset history.
• Communicate equipment needs with departments.
• Assist with developing replacement equipment plan.
• Perform audits of equipment and support cost reduction efforts.
• Utilize software for PO entry and service ticket management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create PMs in CMMS system
• Coordinate and track Preventative Maintenance for equipment
• Coordinate and manage repairs to equipment using internal and contracted resources
• Obtain quotes for repairs
• Order parts and other items as needed
• Schedule repairs
• Review invoices and attach to asset history
• Communicate with various departments regarding equipment needs
• Assist with developing replacement equipment plan
• Perform audits of equipment
• Assist in cost reduction efforts for the fleet
• Utilize various computer software for Purchase order entry, service ticket management, Forklift utilization, etc

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or GED equivalent
