Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Cooling Systems Simulation Engineer to develop and validate cooling systems for engine and electric platforms.

You will perform 1-D sizing, CFD analysis, and up-front system modeling, collaborating with design, test, and validation teams to meet program milestones. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 2+ years of cooling-systems experience, or a Master/PhD with at least 1 year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience in cooling systems.
• Master's or Doctorate with 1+ year experience acceptable.
• Experience focusing on cooling system performance and 1-D/CFD simulations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cooling system analysis projects and sizing including heat exchangers and fans using 1-D tools.
• Perform CFD analysis on pumps, radiators, and aftercoolers.
• Develop CFD models to understand airflow and underhood temperatures.
• Collaborate with design and test engineers to meet requirements and timelines.
• Communicate results and suggest design improvements to teams.
