Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Cooling Controls Engineer in Lancaster, NY, to develop and secure cooling control software. The role focuses on integrating security functionality within CAREL-controlled systems across PLC and network management platforms.

The candidate will work with CAREL tools (1tool, c.suite) to implement, troubleshoot, and validate security features before product release, ensuring reliable cooling control solutions in an engineering-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience in controls engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with CAREL controllers and development environments.
• Strong PLC programming experience including writing, debugging, and testing logic.
• Experience with CAREL 1tool, c.suite, or equivalent CAREL tools.
• Experience with network management controllers or connected control systems.
• HVAC, cooling, refrigeration, or thermal management knowledge.
• Experience developing or modifying controls software in a product development setting.
• Ability to work onsite in Lancaster, NY.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, modify, and maintain control software across CAREL, PLC, and network management platforms.
• Implement security features within cooling control products prior to release.
• Work directly within CAREL development environments and related software platforms.
• Write and troubleshoot PLC programming logic for cooling and thermal management applications.
• Integrate security-related functionality into controls applications.
• Perform functional testing, debugging, and validation of software and security changes.
