Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, a leader in fresh groceries, seeks an Order Selector for our Glendale, AZ distribution center. You will build customer orders using the WMS and RF handheld device, operate an electric pallet jack, and palletize and wrap pallets for outbound shipping in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities emphasize accuracy, safety, and time-sensitive picking; prior warehouse experience and ability to work flexible shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Attention to accuracy and detail in order picking.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
• Must be trained in distribution center safety and operate around moving machinery.
• Able to work in confined environments and around equipment.
• Team player with good communication.
• Strong basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to operate an Electric Pallet Jack.
• Work within strict time frames and deadlines.
• Follow directions and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Management System.
• Update pick lists via RF handheld device to the WMS.
• Palletize and wrap pallets for outbound shipping.
• Stack pallets properly and label with customer ID.
• Stage freight in outbound lanes as guided by WMS.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and report damages or spoilage.
