The Cooler Service Field Technician, Senior at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC delivers, sets up, moves and exchanges vending equipment in customer accounts and other outlets. The role includes acting as a supervisor when needed, and requires installation of fountain equipment and maintaining inventory and paperwork.

Expected duties include leading tasks, servicing equipment, and educating customers in operation of the machines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 3 years of general plumbing and technical experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, exchange and move vending equipment.
• Install fountain equipment and perform installations, removals and relocations.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies.
• Maintain and complete required paperwork, such as work tickets and parts lists.
• Complete safety vehicle reports daily.
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pickup status.
• Set coolers, including shelves, temperature and refrigeration checks.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday and weekend rotation. 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $26.59 to $36.56 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

The Cooler Service Field Technician, Senior is responsible for delivering, setting up, moving and exchanging vending equipment in customer accounts and other outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• As a Senior role, the position will take a leadership role as needed.
• Deliver, exchange and move vending equipment
• The position will perform as an acting Supervisor when needed.
• Responsible for installing fountain equipment.
• Performs installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Maintain and complete required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts list etc.
• Complete safety vehicle reports on a daily basis.
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return.
• Communicates with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
• Set coolers, which involves setting shelves, temperature and checking refrigeration.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High Scholl Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 3 years of general plumbing and technical experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card.
