Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a technician to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at our Tyler, TX location. The role requires basic HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license to manage service visits.

Typical compensation ranges with incentives and benefits. Training provided as needed; experience 0-3 years acceptable with growth opportunities in preventive maintenance and repair of beverage equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1+ years refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license with driving record within MVR policy guidelines. HVAC certification preferred.

• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Sunday - Thursday / 10:30AM - 7:00PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $26.06 to $35.68 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
