Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Cooler Operator for the 2nd shift at the Waco Plant in Texas. The role centers on manually stacking boxes on pallets for shipping while following safety and quality procedures.

The position offers $21.15 per hour, a $1,500 sign-on/stay bonus for the second shift, day-one benefits, and on-the-job training. Candidates should be able to work nights and extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Stack/load boxes from production line on pallets.
• Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned outside.
• Loads ice-packed poultry on trucks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
