Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a team-oriented associate to manage trailer paperwork, supervise cooler and caseroom production, and maintain accurate records. You will operate the DMS system and scanners, assist with inventory, and support forklift activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Checks trailers, seals trailers, and performs necessary trailer and driver paperwork.
• Oversees the running of production for cooler and caseroom.
• Maintains records.
• Basic DMS responsibilities, scanners.
• Maintains and assist with cooler inventory when needed.
• Assist with trailers and usage.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Basic computer and Excel experience helpful.
• Follow company guidelines and training.
• Work as a team player in a team atmosphere.
• Reports directly to Cooler Manager
• Other duties as assigned
