Qualifications

• Requires undergraduate degree in business administration, supply chain and logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or logistics with supervisory responsibilities.
• Management experience preferred and may require certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate department activities in a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate load out schedules with in-house distribution and contractors.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with departments to maximize efficiency and reduce customer issues.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory and codes in cooler; prepare inventories and ensure traceability.
