Job summary

Air Fayre provides in-flight catering logistics to FedEx flights and related operations. As the Cooler Driver, you will deliver catering and equipment to departing aircraft, ensuring punctual service and professional customer interactions.

You will stage carts, assist with on-board equipment placement, and keep safety standards high while supporting daily operations. Weekend and shift flexibility are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to qualify for Fed-Ex Airport Security clearance.
• Able to work in various climate environments.
• Motivated, proactive in helping others, and dedicated to customer service.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a 10-year background check.
• Able to lift to 60 pounds and work in tight areas.

Responsibilities

• Staging of equipment and catering carts on delivery vehicles.
• On-time delivery of equipment and catering carts to aircraft on the airfield.
• Proper placement of all food and equipment in aircraft in designated areas.
• Provide customer support, addressing questions and issues in a professional manner.
• Maintaining a safe work area and meeting safety regulations.

Mission of Role

Air Fayre provides a unique in-flight logistic service that focuses on service excellence and delivery to Fed Ex and its crew members. As the Cooler Driver, your role will be responsible for the delivery of catering and equipment to all FedEx flights scheduled for departure. Providing professional customer support to our customers. Supporting Air Fayre's daily operations, while ensuring that departure times are met without delays.

Functions and Responsibilities
