Job summary

Priority Management in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will follow menus, monitor food handling, and maintain clean, safe kitchen practices to support resident health.

Two years cooking in a large-scale operation and a preferred one-year experience in long‑term care are desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred, with equal opportunity employment.

Position Description

Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Safely and efficiently provides nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.
