Tacos La Villa is expanding with a new Visalia location. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our growing team in a fast-paced kitchen.

As a Cook, you’ll help prepare fresh ingredients and maintain the quality Tacos La Villa is known for. Flexible Day/Night shifts available and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Wash, cut, portion, and marinate ingredients
• Prepare proteins, rice, beans, salsas, and other products
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock stations and assist during peak hours
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes

• Wash, cut, portion, and marinate ingredients
• Lavar, cortar, porcionar y marinar ingredientes
• Prepare proteins, rice, beans, salsas, and other products
• Preparar proteínas, arroz, frijoles, salsas y otros productos
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Mantener la cocina limpia y organizada
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Seguir procedimientos de seguridad e higiene alimentaria
• Restock stations and assist during peak hours
• Reabastecer estaciones y apoyar durante horas pico
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Completar tareas de apertura y cierre
