Job summary

Tacos La Villa is hiring cooks for its La Verne location at 2325 D St, La Verne, CA 91750. This is a full-time and part-time position with day, night, and overnight shifts. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour. We value energetic, reliable team players ready to join a growing restaurant group.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking according to recipes, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock stations and assist during peak hours
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

As a Cook, you’ll help prepare fresh ingredients and maintain the quality Tacos La Villa is known for.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes

• Prepare proteins, rice, beans, salsas, and other products
• Preparar proteínas, arroz, frijoles, salsas y otros productos
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Mantener la cocina limpia y organizada
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Seguir procedimientos de seguridad e higiene alimentaria
• Restock stations and assist during peak hours
• Reabastecer estaciones y apoyar durante horas pico
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
