Job summary
La Costa Glen Carlsbad is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join our culinary team in a full-time capacity. You will help translate recipes into reality, ensure consistent quality, and contribute to a vibrant dining experience for our residents.
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of cooking experience, strong cleanliness and safety practices, and a collaborative mindset. We offer a fast-paced environment, daily menu changes, and opportunities for growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar company.
- Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
