Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently interviewing evening shift Delivery Drivers for our Downtown Charlotte store located at 210 E Trade St, Charlotte NC 28202. As a Delivery Driver, you are the main face our customers see outside of the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities:

1. Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
2. Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely and promptly
3. Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
4. Use our delivery app to update order statuses accurately

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the local 2-mile radius is a plus
• Own a car with valid license, registration, and insurance
• Pass a motor vehicle background check
• Smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old
