Job description

As a Car Delivery Driver at our WMU store located at 2905 Howard St, Kalamazoo MI 49006, you are the main face our customers see outside of the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a car, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Pass a motor vehicle background check
• Smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• At least 18 years old
