GENERAL SUMMARY:

Entry-level production worker duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various production line duties, including manual handling of products, visual quality inspection, following Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, and safety protocols.
• Follow supervisory instructions and adapt to different lines as per production needs.
• Complete cupping and packaging duties on a conveyor belt, involving repetitive motions and standing throughout the shift.
• Drop and separate paper cups, fill with cookies accurately, and rotate sides of the belt as needed.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Shift hours are from 2:55 pm to 11:00 pm.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED, or 1-year production experience in manufacturing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Experience in production line manufacturing or food service/handling is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
