Responsibilities

• Monitors production flow and controls quality of product for new and existing retail customers.
• Oversees production, shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Orders raw ingredients and maintains sanitation in department.
• Assists in training new partners and supports food safety processes.
• Maintains sanitation and supports Operational Excellence initiatives.
