Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier for our Staten Island, NY store. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering warm cookies and treats with safety and courtesy for customers. A reliable bike, smartphone, and willingness to work flexible part-time hours are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own bike in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
