Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member at our Boise bakery. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and ensure warm, delicious delivery orders while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong communication.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Strong math, organizational, and people skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders per procedure.
• Explain menu items, clarify questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream to quality standards.
• Package orders for in-store, pickup, delivery, and online.
• Operate the register and handle guest transactions.
• Keep bakery clean, stocked, organized, and safe.
• Support the team during peak times and maintain flow.
