Job description

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our new Scottsdale, AZ bakery, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the main point of contact at the front of the store for customer interactions and will also have the opportunity to bake our delicious Warm and Fresh Cookies!

Additional responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests promptly and taking their orders
• Assisting customers with menu questions and confirming orders
• Providing a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies to perfection and scooping ice cream
• Ensuring orders are packaged correctly and delivered promptly
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing personality
• Customer-focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
