Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring at our WSU store in Pullman, WA. You will greet guests, take orders, and bake cookies to perfection while delivering friendly service both in-store and over the phone. You will also handle payments, manage delivery orders, and keep the bakery area clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication, a personable demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced team environment. WA work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer–service focused experience preferred.
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and serve on a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining zero shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our WSU store located at 902 NE Colorado Street Pullman, WA 99163, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and you bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.
