Job summary

Insomnia Cookies, LLC is hiring for a Cookie Crew member at our Imagine What's Possible Location in Philadelphia. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and ensure warm, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, paid time off, and employee cookies with every shift, plus opportunity for growth in a growing brand known for late-night delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role preferred.
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Ambitious and reliable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take orders.
• Explain menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and on the phone.
• Bake cookies to order and scoop ice cream.
• Ensure orders are packed correctly for delivery.
• Handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitation.

At the present, exciting time, we are actively interviewing Cookie Crewfor ourIWP store located at One South Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19107.

As a member of the Cookie Crew you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
