Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring for the Cookie Crew at our Orlando East store. As a member, you will greet guests with a smile, take their orders, and ensure warm, delicious cookies are served perfectly. The role offers flexible part-time schedules, job stability, and an exciting team environment.

Candidates must have at least 6 months in customer service, be 18 or older, and willing to work nights and weekends. Enjoy perks like daily pay, paid vacation, and employee discounts.

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

• Help customers understand menu items and answer clarifying questions.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Orlando East store located at 12101 University Blvd, Orlando FL 32817, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers and bake our warm and delicious cookies.

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
