As a member of the Cookie Crew at our South End store located at 2116 Hawkins Street, Suite 103 Charlotte, NC 28203, you will be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the main point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers, and baking our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items and ensure order accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed
• Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
