Insomniacookies is seeking a Cookie Crew member at our new Cape Girardeau, MO bakery. In this customer-facing role, you'll create delightful experiences by taking orders, baking our cookies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Cookie Crew at our brand new Cape Girardeau, MO bakery located at 1330 Broadway St, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. You are the front‑line point person for interacting with customers and baking our warm and delicious cookies.

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain zero shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service‑focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older
